Please take a moment to read and review our Terms and Conditions. This helps ensure that everything is clear and fully transparent, mutual understanding that we’re aligned on expectations.

PRICING

• The prices will be based on the FOB or CIF.
• Sampling charges will be 1.5 times the production prices.
• The prices can be negotiated for larger order quantities.
• The prices can be changed if the yarn prices increase/decrease when placing the bulk order.
• The prices can be changed if the garment’s weight increases/decreases on the basis of the final specs of the garment.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)

• For sampling, order 3 pieces per color.
• For production order 12 pieces per color.

SAMPLE/PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

• Sample Delivery lead time – 7 to 10 days, or depends on the sample order quantity, or negotiated by both parties after confirmation of sample order & payment.
• Production Delivery lead time – 30 to 45 days, or depends on the bulk order quantity, or negotiated by both parties.

DELIVERY

• Delay on delivery lead time: +/- 3 to 5 days will be acceptable on PRODUCTION ORDER delivery lead time.

PAYMENT

• For small order values below USD$. 10000.00 – 100% advance by TT, and for larger order values above USD$. 10000.00 – 65% advance by TT and 35% before shipment.

GARMENTS CONDITIONAL WEIGHT

• The conditional weight of the garment will be +/- 5%.
